Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient function and independence
Document patient progress, goals, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Maintain compliance with all applicable state, federal, and facility policies

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of New Jersey
NBCOT certification required
Ability to commit to a 13-week contract assignment
Expected 30 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Experience with geriatric patient populations
Strong documentation and communication skills
