Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Agent - International Cruise for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Laguna Niguel, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, sales, relationship building, and helping clients create memorable international cruise vacations.

This opportunity offers a hybrid work schedule, base pay plus sales-based bonus potential, international travel opportunities, and room for growth within a supportive, customer-focused team environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, confident speaking with customers, and excited to recommend cruise lines, destinations, cabins, excursions, and travel packages that match each client’s needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with planning and booking domestic and international cruise vacations.
- Recommend cruise lines, destinations, cabins, packages, excursions, and related travel options based on client preferences and budgets.
- Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and online throughout the booking process.
- Manage reservations, payments, itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel documentation.
- Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for additional sales and repeat business.
- Stay current on cruise promotions, destination information, travel requirements, and industry trends.
