Job role : Netsuite Consultant


Duration : 6+ Months


Location : 100% Remote (Preference for PST Time Zone)


Position Overview:


Client has been focused on growing its internal team with full-time hires but is evaluating opportunities where specialized consulting support can help address capacity constraints and accelerate key initiatives. The team is moving quickly and is looking for an experienced, hands-on NetSuite techno-functional consultant to provide day-to-day support and optimization expertise.


What They're Looking For

• 7+ years of NetSuite experience, ideally supporting high-growth organizations.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting operations within NetSuite.
• Deep functional expertise across (must have):
  • Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) / Revenue Recognition
  • Inventory Accounting
  • Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Accounting
• Experience supporting fintech, subscription, eCommerce, or product-based organizations preferred.
• Strong understanding of the overall financial landscape and how business processes flow through NetSuite.

Required Skills:

• Highly hands-on with NetSuite administration and configuration.
• Experience creating and managing saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Able to troubleshoot business process issues and recommend NetSuite best practices.
• Understanding of NetSuite integrations and ecosystem components, while not necessarily serving as the primary integration developer.
• Comfortable working directly with finance and accounting stakeholders to address operational needs.

Ideal Candidate:


A senior NetSuite-focused consultant who can quickly step in, support the finance team, help cover bandwidth gaps, and optimize day-to-day NetSuite operations while partnering closely with accounting and business stakeholders.
