Pay Range: $65/hr - $71/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Own the marketing plan for Project Aria's community and research partnerships, from partner onboarding through public launch, emphasizing AI tooling and automation.
\n
• Build case studies, blog posts, video narratives, and event moments with partners, crafted collaboratively.
\n
• Run launch workbacks across research, legal, communications, design, and video to ensure timely content lock, approvals, publishing, and amplification.
\n
• Manage the Project Aria partner community through newsletters, conference presence, and summits, keeping partners informed between launches.
\n
• Collaborate with academic and nonprofit organizations to identify which partnerships are ready for public storytelling.
\n
• Represent partner needs back into the program, ensuring alignment with researchers' requirements for hardware and support.
\n
• Measure success through reporting on reach, partner satisfaction, applicant quality, and inbound research interest.
\n
• Domestic and International Travel Required.
\n

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

\n
• 8+ years in marketing, communications, or partnerships, with at least 3 years in a partner-facing or community-facing role.
\n
• Proven track record of launching external-facing content (case studies, blogs, videos) end-to-end with multiple stakeholders.
\n
• Experience working with academic, nonprofit, or research institutions.
\n
• Strong writing skills, capable of translating technical research into accessible content for a general audience.
\n
• Experience managing cross-functional launches on a fixed date.
\n
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BS).
\n
• Background in AR/VR, wearables, computer vision, or machine perception.
\n
• Events experience.
\n
• Experience with accessibility-focused product work or disability community partnerships.
\n
• Familiarity with academic research cycles, conference calendars, and university partnership agreements.
\n
• Experience building a community program from scratch.
\n
• Master’s Degree.
\n
