PHASE 2. Our team will review and decide whether or not to advance you to the second round of our hiring process: An initial round video interview and a possible follow-up Graphic Recording assignment . The purpose of this is for our team to get to know you better and further assess your skills and application of coaching & feedback. PHASE 3. From there, we will be in touch to let you know if you have advanced to a final round interview . If you’re accepted into the Sketch Effect Network, we’ll begin a training process that includes 3-week pre-training (at home) and a 2-day on-site training (in Atlanta, GA at our home office) after which you’ll know all about Graphic Recording the “Sketch Effect way”. Upon graduation, you’ll begin working gigs in your city and beyond. In other words, you get paid to sketch…and we handle the rest. Ready to apply? Send us what you got and best of luck! #J-18808-Ljbffr
