Interns gain valuable hands‑on experience while providing essential support to students at 21st CCLC summer sites. Commitment: A 5‑week summer program. Interns are expected to be available for the entire duration of the program. Requirements: Attend internship and assigned program orientation in June. Participate in 5 weekly workshop sessions during the internship period. Mandatory orientation: attend in June (tentative: June 24th and/or June 25th, 2026). Full commitment: must be available for the full 5‑week program, July 6 – August 7 2026. Student focus: interested in working with elementary and/or middle school‑aged students. Eligibility: current 11th or 12th grader within Salem Public Schools. Paperwork: must complete all Summer Work Permit requirements. Preferred Candidates: Participated in an OST Internship during the 2025–2026 School Year. Ability to demonstrate commitment to the full duration of the summer program.
